A Message from the Administrator

3A Hôtels La Collection has always been committed to exploring new paths and anticipating changes in the world around us. 3A’s history has been marked by significant changes, and we are now at a pivotal moment in our transformation.

Today, we place environmental respect and social responsibility at the heart of our commitment.

Our commitment to social, societal, and environmental responsibility, our integrity, and our respect for traditions are key to the long-term success of our project. It is imperative that we continue to grow in an ethical, committed, and respectful manner.

This set of values constitutes our legacy and remains at the heart of our collective commitment. The 3A Charter and our proactive CSR approach now serve as our guide and inform every decision we make on a daily basis.

Our Environmental Commitment:
Since 2023, 3A Hôtels La Collection has embraced Green Attitude!

After many months of restructuring and the implementation of a wide range of eco-friendly initiatives,the West End Hotel,the Aston La Scala Hotel,the Beau Rivage Hotel, and Beau Rivage Beach were all simultaneously awarded the prestigious sustainable tourism certification.

These initiatives include the installation of water-saving devices, the elimination of single-serve portions and individual packaging, the selection of local suppliers who are also committed to eco-friendly practices, and the sponsorship of beehives in the Nice hinterland.

But it also involves recycling our waste in partnership with Les Alchimistes. Our sorted and collected organic waste yields 8 tons of compost per year, which is used to enrich and nourish farmland and vineyards along the French Riviera.

Our Social Commitment:

3A Hotels La Collection is fully committed to a socially responsible and community-focused approach, placing people and the environment at the heart of everything we do. Whether on an ongoing or one-time basis, we support meaningful initiatives.

Since 2019, we have been running two charity campaigns each year.

First and foremost, we support the SOS Cancer du Sein association during the “Pink October” campaign to raise awareness about the fight against breast cancer and support research. We offer desserts in the campaign’s signature colors, special vacation packages, and participation in the Pink Jog, and have donated no less than €30,000 over the past seven years.

We also participate in Secours Populaire’s “Green Santa” campaign, collecting approximately 1,500 toys each year to bring joy to families in need.

In 2022, Collection 3A chose to support the cause of animal welfare. During the Nice Carnival, which celebrated the King of the Animals, we pledged to donate a portion of the proceeds from our reservations to a local animal welfare organization.
The organization Rien Que Pour Eux was presented with a check for €2,836.

Committed to environmental issues, the group is also taking concrete steps to reduce its environmental impact and promote more sustainable practices.

In 2024, we partnered with the Paddle Cleaner association to organize a two-day event to raise awareness about eco-friendly practices.

Our Commitment to the Local Community:

Based in Nice and deeply rooted in the local community, 3A Hôtels La Collection places culture at the heart of its mission. Believing that hospitality goes hand in hand with sharing and creativity, we actively support the cultural organizations that help put the French Riviera on the map.

As a benefactor ofthe Nice Opera, and a partner of the Théâtre National de Nice, the Cinéroman Festival, and the association Les Moments Musicaux des Alpes-Maritimes, the group supports initiatives that promote access to culture in all its forms and foster local artistic vitality.

As part of this same commitment to supporting the emerging art scene, the group launched the 3Art Nice program in 2022, an open call for submissions aimed at emerging local artists. Each edition provides three artists with a prime exhibition space within the group’s hotels for three months, offering visitors a vibrant cultural experience and giving local talent tangible visibility.

Building on the success it has enjoyed since its inception, the second edition of 3Art Nice was launched in the spring of 2026, reaffirming the group’s ambition to make its properties places where art, culture, and hospitality come together.
